How We Met...
Kyle played in the band the Soccermoms in Saskatoon. I had went to their shows a few times with some of my girl friends and had always enjoyed their sets. On November 14th, 2004, I was at the Bassment when Kyle's friend Dylan came up to me and started a conversation about the Soccermoms, and insisted that I meet Kyle. Inbetween sets, Dylan introduced us. We chatted for a bit and then went back into the Bassment. When the time came for me to leave, I put on my jacket and Kyle came up to me. I believe his exact words were, "Oh! You're leaving? Uhh, do you think I could maybe get your phone number and we could maybe, uhh, talk sometime?" Ecstatic, I ran around the Bassment trying to find a pen and paper. Once I finally found it, I scribbled down my number. He called the very next day.
